The Zoo

We went to the Phoenix Zoo for our second Golden Weekend and Kennedy's birthday...yep, that was a month ago! ER happened since...crazy! This is a great zoo. We will have to go again to see the rest of it. The first stop was the carousel. The kids enjoyed it. They each picked their ride. Unfortunately for Cohen they weren't all together. David stayed with Kennedy and Cohen held on like this the entire ride. They begged to go back. He is such a cautious little guy...sometimes!
My favorite animal. We could have watched this area forever. There were several animals in this area. My friend Justin touched up the Giraffe picture too. Thanks! Love it!
We tried to go early enough, so we didn't get too hot. Many of the animals were already napping or hiding in shade areas.

We ended with the splash pad...very smart zoo!!
