Check list completed...

...a week ago! I guess I just had to think about all that needed to be done. This little guy agreed it was time to come. We attended David's AOA induction ceremony Tuesday night.

I then went to my doctor's appointment Wednesday morning and the doctor decided to admit me to the hospital to have a baby. As anxious as we were, we were a bit surprised. I had the bag in the car and the kids were dropped off with some extra clothes and instructions. It all worked out great! I was admitted to the hospital and had my IV in by 1130AM. I had to get two doses of antibiotics in before this little guy was born. I have never been at the hospital so long. I watched two movies before he came. The doctor wanted to wait until her patients were gone to break my water, so she wouldn't miss the delivery...good thing. She broke my water at 5:05PM and at 5:50PM

TEAGUE ALEXANDER GALLOWAY

was born

weighing 7 lbs. and 14 ounces

20 inches long

We are so happy to see your hands and toes and not just feel them in Mommy's belly!

Nice and warm after bath...the pants are another shirt.

Teague's warmer welcome into the world. He is very loved!
I think Cohen is the most proud! He can sit and hold Teague for so long and just chat away with him.Kennedy looks so sweet! She is learning what soft is still.

Everyone is doing well. David has been home since Teague has joined us. We have felt very blessed in many ways. So many have reached out to us and cared for our family in Teague week of life. Many thanks to Ryan and Krissy. Krissy came and stayed with us a few days and was a great help. Thanks Ryan for sharing your wife. Thank you Krissy for all your company and help. Y'all are amazing. Ryan and Krissy also took Taylin and Cohen Saturday through Tuesday to lighten our load a bit. Taylin and Cohen felt very loved and had a great time. Kennedy was really missing her older siblings that could actually play with her. Thanks for all the meals and several of you who made the drive to welcome Teague. We love you...the Blackhursts and Dad & Carolyn.

We look forward to seeing many of you in the next few weeks with a baby blessing and David's graduation. We are also trying to get packed up quickly, so we can spend the last part of our time in Texas visiting friends and family. We love you all and appreciate all your support. We continue to hope and pray to find a house very soon. We have an offer on one and it was taken off the market for us, but now we have to wait. Our time is fading. If we don't hear soon, we will be renting. A shelter for our heads rent/buy...we will take it!
