Date with Dad

We try do our best at going out with the kids for some one-on-one time.  The kids look forward to it!  We especially try to take them when we notice a change in their behavior. When the kids don't get to see David after a few days, it wears on them...okay all of us ;)

They cherish these moments.  This helps them get through busy and tough times.  Unfortunately, for us all, Kennedy hasn't been able to go just yet.  David hasn't had very much time off since he went golfing with Cohen back in April.  You would think it would have happened by now with all the persistance that Kennedy has dished out.  If she sees David getting ready for work or even still home when she wakes up, she asks when they are going golfing.  I think David has learned his lesson: "Don't tell Kennedy you are going golfing with her until five minutes before the actualy event."  She will be on cloud nine when she does get to go.
